Dyno Bike
Dyno Bike is the next-generation power test bench developed to measure the power output of a motorcycle in motion. A computerized diagnostic system is essential for in-depth analysis of the performance of both road and competition motorcycles.
The new version of the bench introduces two major design innovations that significantly enhance its efficiency and versatility:

Completely redesigned structure, now with a lower profile, allowing the use of ramps as short as 150 cm, ideal for tight spaces or above-ground installations;

Advanced wheelbase adjustment system and integrated pneumatic clamp, which speed up and simplify motorcycle positioning, always ensuring maximum precision and safety during loading/unloading phases.
Thanks to the 400 mm roller and the powerful eddy current brake (maximum torque 800 Nm), Dyno Bike enables extremely precise and repeatable tests across a wide range of vehicles: from small urban models to the most powerful superbikes (max wheel power 250 kW).
With a maximum load capacity of 1000 kg and compatibility with motorcycles from 1200 to 1900 mm wheelbase, the bench adapts to all modern configurations. The tangential ventilation system, available in 5.5 kW and 7.5 kW versions (optionally managed via inverter), ensures optimal airflow for engine cooling and dynamic pressure simulation.
The Dyno Bike management software offers advanced features for brake control, constant speed simulations, real-time data visualization, and comparison of up to 8 consecutive tests. The package is completed by optional sensors for temperature, pressure, intake air, and wideband lambda, ensuring complete and professional data acquisition.

A user-friendly software and the absence of dedicated hardware allow the system to be operated using just a notebook.
Values can be easily evaluated both on digital displays and via the graphical diagram. The graph's pointer automatically highlights the corresponding value.

Dyno Bike and Dyno Tractor are fully designed and manufactured within the Dimsport Manufacturing production department.
This allows us to maintain full control over every stage of the production process of motorcycle and tractor dynamometers, ensuring consistently high quality standards.
In-house manufacturing also enables a high level of customization, allowing us to tailor our products to meet the specific needs of our customers.
